BIG DAY today at the pool...

Thanks to SwimPro for coming by today to outfit everybody with suits, team apparel, snorkels, etc...

Thanks also to Mike Kuegler for coming by to walk us through a dryland routine (Platinum & Gold groups). We're excited to add this to our training!
