Good morning SMAC families & student-athletes!

It's great to be back at the pool with everybody; I'm glad to see everybody is so enthusiastic about the coming year!

Our schedule for this week is as follows:

Plat/Gold, 4-5:30 p.m.
Silver, 6-7:00 p.m.

Remember, this coming Sunday (September 11th) will be our parent meetings, at the following times:

Plat*/Gold*, 4-5:00 p.m.
Silver, 5-6:00 p.m.
(*- NO WORKOUT for the Platinum or Gold groups on that particular Sunday!)

I'll go over the schedule for the coming year, as well as several other important facets of swimming with a year round USA Swimming club. I'll leave 15 or so minutes at the end to answer any of your questions. I'm looking forward to seeing everybody there!
