Workout for Friday, December 9, 2011

Workout time for the Gold Group on Friday, December 9 is 5-6 p.m.; Silver will swim from 6-6:45 p.m. Maureen will be running workout while I am at the meet. Please be respectful of her time, concentrate on the little things in workout, and when you're finished you can go.

REMEMBER: NO WORKOUT FOR PLATINUM, GOLD OR SILVER ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2011!
