Hello Parents & swimmers! Posted below is the warmup schedule for the GBSA meet this weekend, as well as the workout schedule for the week of Thanksgiving. The warmup times and directions to the meet are posted on the SMAC bulletin board at the pool (located just behind the stands on the left hand side), and I'll be handing out a copy to everybody entered in the meet. GBSA Warmup Times

Saturday:
12 & Under- 7:30 a.m. until 7:50 a.m., Lane 8; be at the pool by 7:15 so we can all be in the water by 7:30!
13 & Over- 1:05 p.m. until 1:25 p.m., Lane 8; be at the pool by 12:50 p.m. so we can all be in the water by 1:05!

Sunday:
12 & Under- 7:10 a.m. until 7:30 a.m., Lane 8; be at the pool by 6:55 so we can all be in the water by 7:10!
13 & Over- 12:50 until 1:10 p.m., Lane 6; everybody be at the pool by 12:25 so we can all be in the water by 12:50!

Workout Schedule for the week of Thanksgiving:
Sunday, November 21- no workout for any group (I'll be at the GBSA Meet);

Monday, November 22- regular workout schedule for anybody who didn't swim at the GBSA Meet; if you raced both days of the meet, you do not have workout on Monday (it isn't an option for you to come to workout on Monday if you raced both days of the meet, you have Monday off);

Tuesday, November 23- regular workout schedule for all groups;

Wednesday, November 24-
8-10 a.m. for Platinum & Gold;
8-9:30 a.m. for Silver;

Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day)-
8-10 a.m. for Platinum & Gold;
8-9:30 for Silver

Friday, November 26-
8-10 a.m. for Platinum & Gold;
8-9:30 a.m. for Silver;
10-11:00 a.m. for Bronze

Saturday, November 27- everybody is off, as usual;
Sunday, November 28- resume regular schedule, however, NO STROKE CLINIC
